Summary
The dossier concerns mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for technical assistance by the Commission. Amendments address accelerating EGF mobilisation, the EGF's future within the Multiannual Financial Framework, the proposed technical-assistance amounts, the Commission using internal resources rather than the Fund's limited appropriations, the 'crisis derogation', awareness-raising and information activities, and the Expert Group of Contact Persons; some reject, approve or partly approve the Decision.
