Summary
This dossier concerns the discharge in relation to a special report on European Union assistance to the Turkish Cypriot community. Amendments address the Council Regulation establishing the financial-support instrument, support for reconciliation, confidence-building and civil society, the Committee on Missing Persons and the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage, the island-wide property issue, a seawater desalination plant, a separate Direct Trade Regulation, and increased appropriations for the budget line.
