Summary

A discharge decision on the implementation of the 2011 budget of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound). The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts, ask the Foundation to address an identified deficiency, invite exploration of synergies and closer cooperation with Cedefop, the European Training Foundation and EU-OSHA, and note the commitment to reduce carry-forward through closer budget monitoring.
