Summary
2011 discharge for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA). Amendments alternately grant or postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, note the Court of Auditors' lack of critical remarks, a low operational-expenditure execution rate, Court of Justice and Civil Service Tribunal cases on harassment and whistleblowing, an Ombudsman case and an OLAF investigation, draft whistleblowing rules, and a possible merger with the European Institute for Gender Equality.
