Summary
2011 discharge for the European Union's Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust). The amendments alternately grant or postpone the discharge and the closure of the accounts, and revise paragraphs on Eurojust's budget execution rates, the high level of carry-overs flagged by the Court of Auditors, shortcomings in recruitment procedures, follow-up of the 2010 discharge recommendations, and performance data on cross-border crime, fraud and corruption cases and joint investigation teams.
