Summary
The dossier is the 2011 discharge for the IMI Joint Undertaking implementing the Joint Technology Initiative on Innovative Medicines. The amendments alternately grant or postpone discharge to the Executive Director and the closure of the accounts, raise concern over the low budget implementation rate and carried-over appropriations, call for reducing the error rate, and address the Court of Auditors' ability to audit the in-kind contributions of EFPIA companies.
