The tabled amendments instead concern the ENIAC Joint Undertaking: postponing discharge and closure of its accounts for 2012, the Court of Auditors' qualified opinion on the legality and regularity of transactions, public availability of CVs and declarations of interest of board and management, and prevention and management of conflicts of interest.
