An own-initiative report on local authorities and civil society: Europe's engagement in support of sustainable development. Amendments centre on civil society organisations (CSOs) and local authorities (LAs), a human-rights-based approach to development, an enabling environment for CSOs, the post-2015 development framework, multi-stakeholder dialogue, policy coherence for development, decentralisation, women's organisations and the EU Gender Action Plan, public-private partnerships, and the role of the Commission and the EEAS.
