Cross-border collective bargaining and transnational social dialogue

The dossier is Parliament's report on cross-border collective bargaining and transnational social dialogue. Amendments give divergent assessments of the number and legal status of European transnational company agreements and the need for a European legal framework, address dispute-settlement procedures, the asymmetry between multinational companies and workers' representation, national industrial-relations systems and subsidiarity, wage differences and macro-economic imbalances, and the role of the social partners.
