The dossier is a Parliament budget estimates report (Heading 5) for the financial year 2014. Amendments call on the institutions to limit, freeze or reduce administrative budgets in solidarity with Member States, identify savings through inter-institutional cooperation and resource pooling, address the general expenditure allowance and Members' allowances, structural and organisational reforms, buildings policy (KAD building, House of History), and the multiple seats of the Parliament.
