Environment, agriculture, social policy and public health: amending certain Directives by reason of the change of status of Mayotte with regard to the Union

The dossier amends certain Directives in the fields of environment, agriculture, social policy and public health by reason of the change of status of Mayotte with regard to the Union. The amendments grant derogations and transitional deadlines for Mayotte as an outermost region, covering bathing and urban waste water treatment, the rearing of laying hens in cages, and minimum health and safety requirements for workers exposed to physical agents.
