Summary
A regulation on the Union's participation in the European Metrology Programme for Innovation and Research (EMPIR). The amendments align EMPIR with the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme and the Europe 2020 strategy, set the maximum Union financial contribution, address conditions for the contribution and the role of the participating states and EURAMET, publication of calls on the Horizon 2020 Participant Portal, and the timing of the Commission's interim evaluation.
