Summary

This dossier concerns rail transport statistics on goods, passengers and accidents. The amendments address cooperation between Eurostat and the European Railway Agency on collecting rail accident data, distance-based rail freight modal shares measured in tonne-km, consultation of the rail sector on delegated acts, dissemination and confidentiality of statistics, reporting periods, and amendments to the annexes.
