Summary
This own-initiative dossier is the EU 2013 report on policy coherence for development. The amendments rework recitals and provisions on policy coherence for development as an obligation, indicators and the post-2015 framework, human rights and poverty eradication, the role of the Commission, the European External Action Service and EU Delegations, gender, the impact of migration, agricultural, trade and energy policies on developing countries, and civil-society participation.
