Summary
The dossier reviews implementation of the EU Youth Strategy 2010-2012. Amendments revise assessments of the Strategy's first cycle and cross-sectoral cooperation, stressing youth unemployment, NEETs, precarious employment, early school leaving, the Europe 2020 targets, vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion, the education-to-work transition, social protection, job creation in green economy, health, social care and ICT, mobility, and the Quality Framework on Traineeships and Alliance for Apprenticeships.
