Summary
This implementation report concerns the regulatory framework for electronic communications. The amendments address divergent transposition across Member States and fragmentation of the internal market, competition, investment and innovation, incumbent operators' market share in fixed broadband, rollout and low take-up of high-speed and ultrafast internet access, net neutrality, functional separation as a remedy of last resort, radio spectrum including the 800 MHz and 700 MHz bands, BEREC, and the Framework Directive.
