This dossier is amending budget 6/2013 on own resources, other revenue and Union trust funds for external actions. The few amendments address avoiding cash shortages and an implementation deficit in 2013, the forecast drop in traditional own resources and VAT-based own resource partly offset by fines, the resulting income shortfall and burden on national budgets, and requests to the Commission for information on increased national contributions.
