Summary
An own-initiative report on the European Semester and the 2014 Annual Growth Survey. The amendments address the survey's economic priorities including growth-friendly fiscal consolidation, the social and economic crisis and unemployment, the Multiannual Financial Framework, country-specific recommendations, financing via the European Investment Bank and instruments such as project bonds, payment appropriations and outstanding commitments (RAL), own resources, and the functioning of the Economic and Monetary Union.
