Summary
Own-initiative report on the EU Citizenship Report 2013, 'EU citizens: your rights, your future'. The amendments address awareness of citizens' rights, free movement and non-discrimination, electoral rights in European and municipal elections for citizens residing in another Member State, the right to petition the European Parliament, the European Citizens' Initiative, cross-border healthcare, traineeships, minority and language rights, and the Lisbon Treaty and Charter of Fundamental Rights.
