Summary

A discharge decision on the European Medicines Agency for the financial year 2012. The amendments alternate between granting, postponing and refusing discharge and approving or postponing closure of the accounts, and address the Agency's accounting system and intangible assets (ICT), the SAP system and fee revenue, irregularities in framework contracts and procurement, the Court of Auditors' comments, conflicts of interest, clinical-trial data access, and OECD-based standards.
