The 2012 discharge for the SESAR Joint Undertaking developing the new generation European air traffic management system. The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts and address conflicts of interests and transparency, noting that CVs and declarations of interests of the Management Board, Executive Director and senior management are not public, and that the development-phase budget is EUR 2.1 billion shared by the EU, Eurocontrol and partners.
