Summary
Parliament's decision on the 2012 discharge for the IMI Joint Undertaking implementing the Joint Technology Initiative on Innovative Medicines. The amendments postpone the decision on discharge and the closure of the accounts, and add remarks on the prevention and management of conflicts of interest, the non-publication of CVs and declarations of interest of management board, executive and senior staff and experts, and a call for the Court of Auditors to draft a Special Report on conflict-of-interest management.
