Summary
This dossier concerns transparency of securities financing transactions (SFTs) and reuse. The amendments address the global financial crisis, shadow banking, reporting of SFT details and underlying collateral, phased implementation and delegation of reporting by counterparties, re-hypothecation and collateral chains, disclosure to fund investors, FSB haircut standards, the role of ESMA and technical standards, administrative sanctions, and exemptions for ESCB members and public bodies managing public debt.
