Summary
A decision establishing the ISA2 programme on interoperability solutions and common frameworks for European public administrations, businesses and citizens. The amendments revise recitals on cross-border and cross-sector interoperability, avoiding e-barriers in the internal market, the 'once only' and 'digital by default' principles, links with the Connecting Europe Facility and European Structural and Investment Funds, accessibility, cooperation with the private sector, and mapping the interoperability landscape in Europe.
