Multiannual plan for the stocks of cod, herring and sprat in the Baltic Sea and the fisheries exploiting those stocks

This dossier establishes a multiannual plan for the stocks of cod, herring and sprat in the Baltic Sea and the fisheries exploiting those stocks. The amendments address by-catch species such as plaice, brill, flounder and turbot, scientific advice from ICES and STECF, maximum sustainable yield and fishing mortality targets, conservation reference points, the landing obligation, delegated acts and advisory councils, and the Marine Strategy Framework Directive.
