Collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank

The dossier concerns the collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank. Amendments rework provisions on exemptions for classes of reporting agents, the obligations of Member States and the ESCB, reporting requirements and proportionality, verification powers including examination of books and raw data, definitions of infringement, penalty payments and fines, allocation of sanction proceeds, and the sharing of confidential statistical information with supervisory authorities.
