Annual report of the 2013 activities of the Committee on Petitions

This own-initiative report is the annual report on the 2013 activities of the Committee on Petitions. The amendments address the right of petition as a means of democratic control and citizen participation, the handling and response time of petitions, a new multi-lingual web-portal, fact-finding visits, and key topics including environmental law, waste and water management and fundamental rights.
