Summary
Discharge decision on the 2013 budget of the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA). Amendments grant, postpone or approve the closure of accounts and add observations on the agency's role in implementing the common fisheries policy and the landing obligation, its conflict-of-interest policy, the carry-forward forecast procedure, implementation rates of commitment and payment appropriations, and the need for adequate financial and human resources and coordination across Member States.
