Summary
This dossier is the 2013 discharge for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and closure of the accounts, and address carried-over committed appropriations, prevention and management of conflicts of interest, registration numbers and non-compliant registration dossiers, the authorisation process and substitution of substances of very high concern under REACH, confidentiality claims, dialogue with non-governmental organisations, and declarations of interest.
