2013 discharge: European Banking Authority (EBA)

Discharge decision on the 2013 budget of the European Banking Authority (EBA). Amendments grant, postpone or approve the closure of accounts and add observations on EBA's role in a common supervisory regime across the Single Market, potential overlap with the ECB's banking supervision, conflict-of-interest and independence policies, consumer protection, limited resources, and the Court of Auditors' special report 2014/05 on the EBA's mixed financing arrangement.
