Summary
A discharge decision on the 2013 budget of eu-LISA, the European Agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. The amendments alternately grant or postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, raise the Agency's failure to answer the questionnaire on conflicts of interest, the split between its seat in Tallinn and operations in Strasbourg, the headquarters agreement, and its financial independence.
