2013 discharge for the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking. Amendments postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, note the Union contribution of EUR 800 000 000 and members' matching resources, extensive SME participation, low payment-appropriation rates and implementation delays, weaknesses in ex ante control of cost claims, a Code of Conduct on conflicts of interest, and possible synergies with the SESAR Joint Undertaking.
