A stocktaking report on the review of the EU's economic governance framework. Many amendments delete recitals and citations; the substantive ones concern the structural reform clause under the preventive and corrective arms, its compatibility with the Treaty and fiscal rules, parliamentary adoption and democratic assessment of reforms, monitoring of their implementation, and the socioeconomic impact of structural reforms in the Member States.
