EU strategy for equality between women and men post 2015

An own-initiative report on an EU strategy for equality between women and men post-2015. The amendments address women's labour-market participation and the Europe 2020 employment target, the gender pay and pension gaps, the demographic labour-force shortfall, childcare and reconciling work and family duties, women on company boards, undeclared and precarious work, violence against women, and discrimination, with attention to the impact of austerity and public-service cuts.
