Summary
Own-initiative report on the 2013 annual report on the protection of the EU's financial interests and the fight against fraud. The amendments address fraudulent and non-fraudulent irregularities and their financial impact, recovery rates, the VAT Gap and VAT fraud, cigarette smuggling and the UN Protocol against illicit tobacco trade, the Excise Movement Control System, GNI data, and irregularities in the agricultural sector.
