The amendments link fiscal responsibility to quality job creation, economic growth and welfare-state sustainability, debate austerity and the role of the Troika, call for promoting domestic demand, social investment and the Europe 2020 employment and poverty targets, and address private debt, eviction, minimum wages and collective bargaining.
