EU/Bangladesh Agreement: air services

Through this consent procedure, Parliament adopts a legislative resolution giving its consent to the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the People's Republic of Bangladesh on certain aspects of air services, following a request for consent submitted by the Council under Articles 100(2), 218(6) and 218(7) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the recommendation of the Committee on Transport and Tourism. Parliament instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of Bangladesh. Parliament adopted the text on 2025-02-11.
