Summary
An own-initiative report following up implementation of the Bologna Process. Amendments assess the launch of the European Higher Education Area, mobility and comparability of higher-education structures, skills mismatch and youth unemployment, the social dimension and access to education, university autonomy, funding for education and research, and opposition encountered to the reforms.
