Summary
This dossier concerns the implementation of the European Progress Microfinance Facility. The amendments address microloans and guarantees, outreach to vulnerable groups such as migrants, disabled people, refugees and young entrepreneurs, geographical coverage across Member States, job creation and survival rates of micro-businesses, the EaSI and ESF programmes, the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision, the EIF, and findings of the Court of Auditors.
