Prevention of radicalisation and recruitment of European citizens by terrorist organisations

This own-initiative report addresses the prevention of radicalisation and recruitment of European citizens by terrorist organisations. Amendments debate international cooperation, root causes such as poverty and inequality, jihadist extremist groups and foreign fighters, counter-terrorism and deradicalisation initiatives, the Stockholm Programme, the EU Radicalisation Awareness Network, checks at Schengen external borders, and dialogue with Islamic movements.
