This own-initiative report is the European Investment Bank (EIB) annual report for 2014. The amendments address the EIB's operations outside the EU and compliance with human rights and Union external action, lending to SMEs through the EIF and intermediary banks, climate action and the phasing out of lending to non-renewable energy, transparency, accountability and complaints mechanisms, financial intermediaries and tax practices, and trade finance facilities.
