Summary
This dossier concerns the 2014 discharge for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA). The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts, and address operational expenditure carried over from 2014 to 2015, non-compliance with Staff Regulations on remuneration, the absence of internal binding rules on whistleblower protection, prevention of conflicts of interest, and an Ombudsman finding of maladministration over harassment allegations.
