Summary
The 2014 discharge for the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA). The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts, address the high level of carry-over committed appropriations and the ICT strategy, corrective actions on audit recommendations, revision and publication of the conflict-of-interest policy, and the requirement to adopt binding whistleblower-protection rules under the Staff Regulations and clear rules against 'revolving doors'.
