Summary

2014 discharge concerning the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The amendments postpone discharge and closure of the accounts and address the Court of Auditors' findings on late collection of fees and payments to national competent authorities, the budget implementation rate and carry-overs, conflict-of-interest and whistleblowing policies, weaknesses in pharmacovigilance and the adaptive licensing pilot project, weaknesses in the ICT Division, and the Agency's role in human and veterinary medicines.
