Procedure
2014 discharge: European Union's Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust)
Subjects: 2014 discharge
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): VAUGHAN Derek (S&D)
Summary
A decision on the 2014 discharge for the European Union's Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust). The amendments postpone the discharge and closure of the accounts, regret that Eurojust has not adopted a policy and practical guide on managing and preventing conflicts of interest or rules against revolving doors, and call for whistleblower-protection rules under the EU Staff Regulations and stronger implementation of codes of conduct.
