Summary

The dossier is the 2014 discharge for the European Training Foundation (ETF). Amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts, address publication of CVs and declarations of interest of Governing Board members and managers, conflict-of-interest awareness and transparency in EU institutions and agencies, a joint procurement of banking services, and the Foundation's support to partner countries amid instability in the Mediterranean and eastern Europe.
