Summary

The dossier is the 2014 discharge for the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Amendments postpone the discharge and closure of the accounts and address the Agency's funding partly from industry and the resulting risk to its independence and conflicts of interest, shortcomings in procurement planning and framework contracts, carry-overs of committed appropriations, the Agency's role in aviation safety, the EASA Regulation and code of conduct, and the unconcluded headquarters agreement.
