Summary
This dossier concerns the 2014 discharge for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). The amendments postpone the discharge and closure of the accounts, and focus on conflicts of interest and the Authority's independence policy, declarations of interest of experts, a cooling-off period, transparency and public access to data and scientific opinions, procurement and recruitment, the European Ombudsman, the Staff Regulations, and the Authority's resources.
