Summary
This dossier is the 2014 discharge for the European Police College (CEPOL). The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of the accounts, address high levels and cancellation of carried-over appropriations including the cancelled Matrix project, budget monitoring, recruitment and shortlisting procedures, the outsourcing of accounting and CEPOL's relocation, the policy on conflicts of interest, and publication of CVs and declarations of interest.
