Procedure
2014 discharge: European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA)
Subjects: 2014 discharge
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): VAUGHAN Derek (S&D)
Summary
2014 discharge for the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA). Amendments postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, call for keeping carried-over appropriations low and disclosing transfers, note the Agency's conflict-of-interest policy, its multilingual and Galician website, its contribution to the reformed Common Fisheries Policy and the landing obligation, and the need to enhance its resources despite a budget frozen at 2013 levels.
